Shipping policy

1. Where we ship from
Our products are shipped directly from our supplier network, primarily UK and EU warehouses, chosen specifically to keep delivery times short and avoid the long waits associated with some overseas dropshipping.
2. Processing time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed.
3. Estimated delivery times
- UK (including Highlands, Northern Ireland, and the islands): 3–7 business days after dispatch
- EU: 5–10 business days after dispatch
- Rest of world: 7–14 business days after dispatch
These are estimates, not guarantees — occasional delays can happen with couriers or customs and are outside our control.
4. Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order dispatches. If you haven't received one within 3 business days of ordering, contact hello@scarperpets.com.
5. Shipping costs
Free shipping on all UK orders, no minimum spend.
6. Customs and import charges (international orders)
For orders outside the UK, you may be responsible for import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority on arrival. These are outside our control and not included in the order price.
7. Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact hello@scarperpets.com and we'll chase it up with the courier or supplier on your behalf.
